It's almost Valentine's Day already! Consider giving some love to characters of color this month at one or more of the following events:
- Nominations are open for the multifandom Rare Women Fic Exchange at![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
rarewomen until 7 February 2013. Madam Zabini, Su Li, and Aurora Sinistra would qualify. The actual sign-ups will then be from 14 - 28 February on AO3.
- Sign-ups are open for the HP Beholder Exchange until 7 February 2013. The main focus is on 'less popular characters', but they can be paired with anyone, so how about Moody/Kingsley, Millicent/Blaise, or Sibyll/Parvati?
- Prompting is open for the HP Horror Fest athp_darkarts until 9 February 2013, and claiming will begin on 10 February 2013.
- The Smutty Valentine's Day Comment Meme is open at
hp_harlequin until 21 February 2013. All characters, all pairings, all genres (as long as there is smut).
- Claiming is open for the Charlie Ficathon at
charlieficathon until 28 February 2013. See here for prompts with characters of color.
