mod post: HP Diversity Mini Fest Planning Will Begin In March

Results are in both from LJ and DW, and APRIL it is!
This means planning, prompting, claiming etc and all that will begin in March.

A few other things:
-- Challenges will begin again February. Thought I'd give everyone a break, not to mention all the holiday fests going on right now.
-- Our AO3 (Archive of Our Own Collection) is always open. Even when writing for other fandoms, please tag your fanwork with with 'character of color' whenever applicable.
-- dark_agenda(DW)  has a communities that deal with characters of color masterlist they are compiling and a chromatic challenge for the upcoming Porn Battle (very popular with the HP fandom, so it's something to keep in mind).
